"I wouldn't even give this place 1 star honestly!! The instructor is very unprofessional and is RUDE!!! To even schedule a class I called 6 times and she finally called me back as if I was bothering her! Her website says one price but when you pay for the BLS for healthcare providers the cost goes up. In the middle of my class she gets up and says she has to leave and for me to just keep watching the video. Which I had to wait 30 min for her to return. During the demonstration she constantly complained that she was in so much pain. In the middle of my written test she would not stop talking about her daughter being 18 and needing to get a job and how lazy her daughter was. The class ended up being an extra hour due to her not being prepared and unorganized. After the fact she didn't even type my name correctly on my card and when my employer wouldn't allow the card and said I needed a new one with the correct spelling. It was the same ordeal trying to get anew card. In which she was so rude to me that I had to hang up on her! I would never recommend this lady to anyone and I am considering reporting her to the American Heart Association."
"I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Be sure you are aware of the no refund policy.. We were informed that we would only recieve a credit and then our prices for services went up. Denisha is unprofessional and uncooperative."
