"I had a fantastic experience with all the students and the teacher was pleasant. However, I was treated extremely poorly by the director. I was not acting inappropriately to anyone and I was staying out the of students way throughout the process. I did ask questions, but I was never anything but friendly. Either way, I was the paying customer even though my boyfriend was receiving the service. About halfway through the service, the director very rudely and sternly asked me to leave the area and sit in the lobby. I believe I have the right to sit near the service if I am a paying client. I also have a right to ask questions about the service I’m receiving. Also, my boyfriend (the person receiving the service) wanted me to be there. I have been to many hair schools, and never felt as bullied as I felt in that moment. Management really needs to think about the way they treat clients. Even though I enjoyed most of my time there, because of the way one person treated me, unfortunately I will not being coming back. I want to make it clear that I WOULD have been a returning client otherwise. Truly sad for the students and the business. I believe someone should fire the woman for acting as rudely as she did, especially as the director. In all my years of coming to hair schools, I have never been treated so poorly by any staff, much less a senior manager. I am so offended and disappointed."
