"Unprofessional to say the least. They do not plan appointments accordingly to their schedule and will have you sit in the waiting room for an hour and a half before anyone tells you anything! I had an appointment scheduled, I show up wait an hour and a half, then they proceed to tell me I wasn’t scheduled. Then they text me later telling me I had shown up late not that I wasn’t scheduled. Unprofessional and a waste of anyone’s time."
