"I was merging to I-295 South (65mph highway) in Hanover VA at 7:30am on 11/30/20 when their truck driver at over 80 mph did not allow me to even though the middle lane was vacant and he could’ve changed lanes. It was raining and I had to jam the brakes! He could’ve easily has caused a very ugly accident!"
