"They are pretty good at getting you in and out when your there BUT if you call be prepared to be on hold for a long time. I average about 20 mins on hold every time I call. One time I called they put me on hold and I drove 27 mins there to find they didn't have the part. Or you get sent to VM and they never call back. Its worst than Superior. Don't waste your time here. SCP!!!!!"
