"Went to old navy for matching sweaters for a Christmas shoot (my sons first Christmas) also found a birthday boy shirt there for his first birthday along with a few other things. Went to check out and the young lady somehow didn’t scan the sweaters or the shirt but did put everything in my bag and as I walked out the sensors beeped. An employee came up and said to stay there and that he’d take care of it. Came back and said “it was the sweaters they didn’t take off the tags. You’re good” so I left. What we got was for Christmas and my sons birthday mostly so we put the bag in our closet. Comes time for our Christmas pictures and the sweaters are not there. When my husband went back we realized what had happened, asked them to do something about it as our first Christmas shoot as a family was ruined as we all now had different outfits, asked them to check the cameras to see what happened. They basically said no and we’re not empathetic at all. We called customer service and finally got someone understanding. Turns out the birthday shirt wasn’t in there either as I’m double checking the bag at home. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BAG IS COMPLETE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. it’s one thing when it’s just a small mistake but these were our family memories that got affected with no one taking accountability."

"The worst place to shop from, I buy school uniform for my kids and when I get home I found the size is bigger than what I looking for so I decided to change it with the correct size and it was still not used in the label, when I took it back to the store for changing it with the correct size, they told me if I have the receipt they will return it with full price if it was in 30 days range of the day I purchased... but if I don't have the receipt they'll refund me back only $2.5 store credit from the original price I paid for $32, and then I can use the store credit balance $2.50 for Buy it again and pay another $32, Very bad Costumer Service, not recommend it at all"

"I buy school uniform for my kids and when back home find the size is bigger then what I should have, so I returned it to the store and it was still in the label not used I paid for it $32 and when I returned it to change the size they refused to return because I don't have the receipt for the same price or change it and they offer me to pay me $ 2.50 only from the original price and then I can buy another one with the correct size and pay again $32 .... bad Costumer Service not recommend it and will be the last time I buy from them ... at Costco I can return anything even if used and with no label for the same price but with store credit I can use to buy anything.... Old Navy I never recommend it and it's expensive."
