"I don’t understand why have a business up on google and don’t have employees answer the phone . calls straight to voicemail. I called 3 times and no answer . Plus I’m trying to look for a new doctor and already know this one will be a issue because they do not answer."

"Follow up on Cara Montgomery. After I finally got into my appointment. I go to check out and get my request from the front desk for scan. They went to lunch. I was told in what I perceived as snarkily way "They've gone to lunch you have to come back at 1pm" Why aren't lunch breaks staggered by 15 minutes to allow for the Dr to finish up with patients when they are running late??? I do as I am asked to show up 15 min early. Then they run late by 30 min or more and I have to come back for my scan request?!?!?!?! Not good patient relations. The Dr is lovely. I have no complaints about her. but the office is not too warm. Maybe it's the staff from the other group I interacted with?? Who knows. Plus they don't allow for urgent same day appointments. I called asking to be seen for health issue, that in the past has required RX that wasn't over the counter available.They wanted me to wait 2 weeks in discomfort. I am really considering changing offices."

"My daughter scheduled an appt with them not once but twice and both times they cancelled the appt and said they would call back to reschedule. No one called, just an automated message and an email. No notice, so my daughter already took the time off from work not once but now twice. Not only that, when she tried to call, she received another voice message. she had to wait 2 weeks for the first appointment and then when they rescheduled her they didn't have another appt for 2 months later. This is unacceptable. I get emergencies but you should it least make an effort to see them sooner if you cannot make the appt and do your very best to make every effort to see a patient. This is very disappointing."

"From the minute I walked in I was greeted by two friendly people. The receptionist was efficient and the nurse was equally efficient and asked questions relevant to me. I can't say enough about Dr. Jessica McLeod. She is always caring and gentle and explains all her procedures for a thorough exam and she always puts me at ease. Very happy she is my GYN."
