"I hate going to the UPS store… my reviews are usually more informative but considering my interaction was limited, not by choice but by the disregarded attitude Sabrina S. (The employee) had, I don’t have much to include. I was not greeted, I was not even provided recommendations… I had to choose an oversized box from the “office supplies” because the “shipping store” had limited options… either that or the employee simply just did not care. Reconsider your choices or maybe just a different store, because the employees that were running the place, at least while I was there, are untrained, unfriendly, and lack awareness when it comes to customer service. Management needs to have a good chat with their staff to get the probably biased 4-5 star reviews going again."
"Please teach your staff customer service skills not only do they not greet the customers who give your organization their service but them a job. They seem completely bothered and annoyed to help customers. This goes specifically to your staff Cristy and the girl with the heavy makeup and nose piercing they lack complete customer service skills or manners at that. Management you need to step up and address your staff weaknesses."
