"I ordered my NEW BUOYANCY ROD Friday and got it today Monday. EXCITED!!! Shipping is fast I guaranteed. One thing I noticed when opening the package was the tip of the rod was not cover all the way in the plastic the way a rod should be packaged. I was hoping it didnt break and indeed it was ok. "My experience with Old18 has been phenomenal. Originally went to the website due to a youtuber named Nick (RX Angler) and tried to buy the same rod he uses for my husband's birthday. I accidentally ordered the spinning rod instead of the casting rod, but didn't notice until I got the shipping notification. I immediately went back on the website to order a casting version. Unfortunately, the one I bought is no longer made, but I got a call 5 minutes later letting me know. Not only did I still get what I needed (an ultra-light casting rod), but I also got a refund on the spinning rod as it had not left the warehouse yet. I am super impressed with the service and am very excited to see my husband's face on his birthday when he gets the setup he's been dreaming of. Quality product and quality people.
