"16 years ago when both Dr. Cole and I were younger, I was her patient during menopause and she was wonder full easing me thru those changes. I'm a retired RN and we used to work together in surgery. She has been a very capable surgeon as well! I moved and still went to see her for a while, then insurance gave me grief for being 'out of network.' We lost contact until recently I learned she practiced in an area where I also lived. Covid kept me away from doctors, but, when my bladder prolapsed, I sought help and remembered Dr. Cole was here in Cedar Park. I had my exam and upon my request she help fit me with a pessary to try vs surgery as my prolapse wasn't severe. She was patient, helped me find the correct size, was thorough in making sure I could urinate with the pessary in place and that when I bore down it didn't fall out. It was VERY satisfying to work with such a knowledgeable physician and to have the chance to trial a pessary vs surgery. I know she can also work with my urologist in the event, down the road, that I would need surgery and a bladder lift. It has relieved my stress greatly!"

"The staff was great - the up front desk was courteous and helpful, the ultrasound tech was awesome, the phlebotmist did an excellent job of only sticking me once (I'm a notorious hard stick), and the nurse was very sweet. The doctor was not good. I cannot control the accuracy of Aetna's provider list, but it showed this office was also affiliated with North Austin Medical Center, where I know that I want to deliver. NAMC provides a superior level of care for mothers and newborns compared to other facilities nearby. Once the doctor heard that, she shut down, was dismissive, and then condescending and annoyed that my husband still had questions for her as she was trying to leave the room as quickly as possible. Hopefully the other OBGYNs at this office are as good as the rest of the staff, but I would never recommend Jean Cole to anyone I know."
