"This review is way overdue. I like my doctor, the poor review is for the business and front desk. Today is not the first time I leave the office overwhelmed being pregnant and so close to term. Don't have the time to read the full review? Then know they don't care. Expect to be told you have to pay half the bill to see the doctor. Their bills can take up to two months to show in the portal. I get it's the policy but it has to be clearly posted somewhere so that the patients are informed and not feel cornered. They don't care about your schedule, the front desk is lacking communication skills and empathy. 15 min after checking in I was asked by the front desk if I'm taking the glucose test. I had no idea since there was no info in the portal. To my response she just bluntly asked what flavor I want. How about first telling me about the test and how long it will take, what if I don't have the time to wait for 1h for the blood test? And I didn't, I'm working full-time and making the effort to balance work and being on time for the appointments, but they don't care. The appointments in the portal might not be fully updated, especially if you or the office reschedules. I knew I had an ultrasound today and a followup visit, both appointments usually show in the portal. Last week noticed that the ultrasound no longer shows and called to check. Was told that the portal has the latest data. Today when I showed up was told that I missed the ultrasound and they need to reschedule. I told the front desk that I was working of the information in the portal, to what she responded defensively and then rude that she doesn't know what shows in my portal, when this is the office's portal! More wasted time and all of this at my own expense. What's the value of having two people with whom you can have a helpful and emphatic conversation? I can use an interface to tell who's my doctor, what's my last name, update insurance and pharmacy if needed. And just have someone who's knowledgeable and nice to handle exception scenarios."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. Nothing to do with the doctors but the office staff. I scheduled an appointment which you can’t do unless you have insurance. Told me all is good, I take off work come in and now it’s no they don’t take my insurance. Wasted my time and my money missing work and worst they delayed my medical care because now I have to wait 3 more weeks to get into another practice. Train your staff not to be so incompetent! What a disgrace."

"I made an appointment with NP Eugenie Anderson because my doctor was not in the office and was a bad experience. They had me waiting for TWO HOURS. This was a 2 week follow up after delivery, she didn’t consider me or my two week old baby. I left unseen because couldn’t continue to wait. By the way, I do recommend Dr Spallin, she’s really good. For ultrasounds I also recommend Liz, she’s amazing. Don’t try doing ultrasound with anyone else, also had bad experience with another two ladies. But Liz is the best, she really cares about you"

"Leaving this review because we’ve received great care but have issues with the front office. Had an appointment today at 8:30, confirmed the appointment last night. Spouse asked for morning off work to come to the appointment and we got a babysitter because it was going to be a longer appointment. Got to the office at 8:10, door was locked, no note on the door. A man knocked on the door, a woman came out to the waiting room to wave him off through the glass. At 8:30, we called the office to find an answering machine saying it was closed. At 08:40 again someone knocked, finally a women came out to say they were closed until 1000, due to bad weather, and that automatic calls had gone out the night before. There were at least six patients with spouses/families standing out in the hallway who obviously didn’t get the calls and braved the “bad weather” to make it absolutely fine to their appointments. No word on when the new appointments will be scheduled - we were told to go home and wait. So again, great providers, not great front staff/management."
