"Dr Crouse is a 5 star doctor but ever since he joined this 1960 Family Practice....I gave 1 star because the office staff is terrible. They never answer the phone, don't return calls or emails. I saw the doctor 3 months ago and still haven't received my results. I have called several times and they transfer me to an extension and the voicemail is full, so I'm unable to leave a message. Dr Crouse is amazing! He delivered both of my children and did a minor surgery for me. He was much better off in is own private practice."

"Dr. Crouse has been my doctor for over 20 plus years. He has taken great care of me all those years. Except for the past year or so I can never get a hold of his nurse. I have left numerous messages, tried to schedule an appointment to get a refill for a medication (he prescribed) needed for a condition I have and no success. I know he is the doctor and his nurse or office staff should be the ones taking care of this issue. I tried calling 2 months before my medication ran out, my medication has ran out and no answer or call back. Over all HE IS a great doctor, I believe is the office staff or nurse not returning calls. 5 stars for Dr. Crouse and 0 for his nurse/staff."

"I do not recommend this office. I went there only one time. Over the past 3 months, I have tried to set up an appointment. I have left messages, but they never called me back until I sent an email. I received a bill for $300 for just a regular visit.and a Tests with the first appointments in a year,, are usually free.(I "finally" give the results 3 months later) only because I, again, called the office several times. The doctor said he was going to resolve this situation, but that was just a lie. Nothing was ever resolved. I am still trying to reach the office, but as always, I do not have any luck getting someone live to communicate with."

"Absolutely wonderful!!! I just had my surgery 4 days ago and I am pain free. I stayed one day in the hospital after surgery and I feel wonderful. Dr. Crouse was excellent and the staff at Memorial City! May he continue to be a blessing to others"

"Dr. Richard Crouse delivered all 3 of my children and he is going to be missed from all of my family. I was so sad that he no longer is taking ob patients but everyone I want you all to know that No other Dr is as excellent and caring as him, no one can replace him. He helped me with my abcess, my pain, and he gives the most caring advice. His staff was soooo kind and caring just like him. This Dr was more than an obgyn he was family. We love you Dr. Crouse!!!!
