"I recently purchased a heater motor for my Jacuzzi from this business, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The product arrived with a defective part, so it never worked. When I followed up with the store to get a replacement, they told me to contact the manufacturer. First red flag. No one would answer the phone! It took weeks to get a response. When we finally collectively contacted the manufacturer, they sent a technician out to investigate the issue. We needed the manufacturer to replace the defective part under the original warranty. We were met with an absurd and unreasonable demand. They insisted on replacing the defective item only if I replaced my windows (because of carbon dioxide emissions??!) This situation is beyond perplexing and borders on ludicrous. The issue with the heater motor has absolutely nothing to do with my windows, and it's astonishing that the manufacturer would make such a bizarre request. It's clear that they are trying to evade their responsibility and not honor their warranty. On top of that, the store made no concessions or offered no additional help. Second red flag. When I signed the original purchase order, there was no mention of me having to first replace windows in order to install a spa heater sitting outside my house! That’s akin to saying “I won’t replace your fence until your roof is fixed”. What does one have to do with the other?? Make it make sense!! This kind of customer service is unacceptable and makes me question the integrity of this business and who they partner with. It's disheartening to see a company willing to put their customers through such hoops and inconvenience. I would caution anyone considering this store for repairs or using their products to be prepared for potential hassles, unnecessary complications, and outrageous demands. This has been a deeply disappointing experience, and I hope no one else has to go through such an ordeal."

"Just had some work done on the motor for my pool. Dylan, the young man who helped me was absolutely wonderful. He took time explaining things and was very knowledgeable about the repair. I highly recommend this story and be sure and ask for Dylan."

"Not sure who owns this location, but won't be using this store again. There is a better Leslie's across Mason Rd and south a few blocks. Sometimes counter help is unfriendly, bordering on rude. Went in for a water test last week. The guy at the counter seemed annoyed, probably because he knew I wasn't going to be a big-ticket customer."

"Very helpful when it comes to selling and water testing Not so good in fixing equipment- had a Polaris 965iq bought at that store 2 years back could not identify the purchase despite my credit card bill and told a possible 800$ repair or to buy a new one for an Error -10 connection issue. Feel like want to switch or sell another equipment than to be honest or really poor diagnosticians- either way the equipment has been functioning well once the plugs cleaned and connected properly. Very friendly people though"

"Went in wanting parts. Manager told the employee to try and upsell me on a new pump. Telling me that it would be cheaper than parts. Parts are less than $450 with tax for new motor and everything to rebuild the pump. New unit is over $800 with tax."
