I’ve gotten ineffective advice on dealing with algae blooms and imbalances that i end up causing. I was once sold some older shock granules that were no good. When I submitted a survey response about the experience, I got a call from the district manager the next day. He bent over backwards to ensure my satisfaction, so I have to say that the company really takes customer service very seriously. Overall, I come to this location because it’s so near our home, but I think the prices are on average higher than other suppliers. If you know what you need, and what you’re doing, then this is a great location."
