"Had an appointment last year and all was well. However I tried to make an appointment recently this year and no one answers the phone (at either of their 2 locations). I called both locations about 3 times one day in the morning, and today afternoon (a whole week later) and avoiding calling during their 12-1 lunch break. Still no answer. Trying elsewhere."

"Where do I start.. I came here for a simple annual pep with Dr. Erica Roberts as a new patient a couple of weeks ago. My appointment was late in the day and she was running late. I didn’t mind the wait. When she finally made it to me, she was sweet as pie. I asked lots of questions and any concerns I had. She checked me quickly and asked me to change and gave me a direction to exit the building. I was a little confused because I did not see her use a speculum or even felt a sample was collected for a pep smear. I’ve been getting pep smears since I was 18 years old. I know how it feels like when something touches your cervix. I brushed it off and figured maybe they will collect it another time. A Couple of days late I received a called from their office. A very rude receptionist told me over the phone that I need to make a follow up appointment for a procedure to be done because my pep smear sample came back abnormal. I was perplexed as to what sample she was talking about. Nevertheless less, I let her make the appointment so I can clear the issue up During the appointment they scheduled me with a different Doctor Amber Shamburger to do a colposcopy procedure. I asked her what was the point of doing this exam she answered very rudely that my sample was abnormal. I asked to see the results since it was never uploaded onto the portal. She refused at first then she said to give her sometime to print it out because she can’t upload it to the portal. I asked if I can see it through her computer, she again refused. She printed out a forged lab results similar to one I had in 2017. When I told her a sample was never collected she got very rude and talked to me in a condescending manner. It was very unprofessional. I let her due the colposcopy and while she was doing the procedure she went on to collect a samples for pep smear this time. I waited for almost two weeks for my results they refused to post it unless I make an appointment and pay a copay. I finally called my insurance and told them what was going on. They released my colposcopy results which was normal, but still they don’t have any actual result from the first pep smear. They charge my insurance twice. This place is running a fraudulent business. They are not to be trusted. I don’t recommend this place for anyone. After all of the headaches and how scared they made me feel. This should be a crime. Dr. Amber Shamburger Is the worst part of it all. They need to be closed."

"Where do I start? Let’s start with Billing. I am coming in as a new patient and I get a phone call that states with my insurance, which is in-network for them, I get a phone call stating that I will be charged $150 against my deductible. Why? It’s an office visit, her response, nope you listed an issue so therefore we are saying there is an issue and that becomes $150. Well I’m not a doctor so I am not sure if there is a true issue, please reschedule me for a well woman, she is rude and says she will not do that. My husband calls back to discuss and she hangs up on him? I’ve seen MULTIPLE reviews prior to me scheduling about front desk rudeness and getting hung up on. The Doctors here really need to think about how their billing, front desk, etc handles their patients. Won’t be coming back and will be spreading the word about how their behind the desk treats people."

"Those stars are for the Doctors there. The front seat are the worst. They just want to hang up the phone they couldn't answer any questions or to be specific they don't want to answer or help and the easiest thing for them to tell you ,call your insurance. Apparently they don't want to do their jobs. I left the practice because of them even though the doctors are good."

"Dr. Erica Roberts was exceptional . I've never felt more comfortable going to an OBGYN visit. Front staff could use a little more customer service. A couple of months ago, I went in for a procedure and was told a week in advance that my insurance did NOT cover the procedure and I was to pay out of pocket. I appreciated the heads up. :) I will return to this office because I absolutely loved Dr. Roberts."
