"Dr nanda is a really good doctor but her staff is horrible. The front desk ladies are wonderful but if they have to transfer your call then expect to nothing. You will not receive a call back. No matter how many times you call, leave a voice-mail, what times or days you call, ect. They do not call back. Billing doesn't listen. I and my insurance have been trying to get ahold of billing since January. I've had other people try to call at different points in the day to see if they can get ahold of anyone that can help to no avail. At this point it may be better to find a new doctor."

"Front office staff were very rude and not welcoming. Dr. Cook is an amazing doctor, but definitely needs to hire a new team. He gets 5 stars and I’m definitely giving his team 1."

"The best care I have ever experienced! Dr Cook, Dr Melham and Dr Nanda are caring, listen to you and knowledgeable. I have had surgery with each of them and would not blink to place my life in their hands again."

"This was March 17th: I was having a great day and this process would have been so much easier if it wasn’t for the CFO Diana. I felt so attacked by her and not understandably so because I started off very kindly. For someone that works in the service industry, it was the worst phone interaction i’ve had in my entire life. I was simply asking if the Co-Pay I paid yesterday could be transferred to my balance since I ended up not having any services performed. It started off with me calling the office to have a prescription refilled. They said I need to come in for an appointment. I get there pay the $40 Co-pay like usual. I get put in the medical room and Dr. Nanda, so kindly says, that I didn’t have to come in today that next time I can just call for the refill. She says I don’t have to pay anything today and I say great, she’s honestly the best and so easy to talk to. Anyways I call the next day to see if I could have that Co-Pay transferred to my balance for my next visit which could be used for a visit that I have actual services performed. I get put on hold and after a while Diana picks up and is right off the bat has the worst attitude I have heard from a professional adult. I stay calm and express my concerns and through the whole call she says things like “Oh my god,” “this is crazy,” “i don’t have time for this.” The worst part of all she says “my rent went up we have to pay bills,” like she was trying to make me feel bad about $40, that by the way I wasn’t asking for a refund! She kept repeating that she has bills to pay, insinuating that my $40 was going to pay her rent. She also said “we have to survive!” Honestly if you are a CFO and won’t be able to survive without my $40, then lady i’m sorry to tell you, get a new job where you won’t have to verbally abuse patients to “survive.” Don't get me wrong, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE DR.NANDA, but unfortunately, that staff experience has hindered my want to go back there."
