"Update: January 2024 I got pregnant in August and decided to give Dr. Bobo and her office another chance. I am SO glad I did. She has been nothing short of amazing! It was very endearing to see her excitement for my pregnancy after knowing her for so long. Very attentive and thorough with my care. I was rushed to the ER last week and ended up admitted to the hospital. Not only did she send a number of doctors to check on me, but she also came by every day including Saturday and Sunday! It was at this moment I realized Dr. Bobo works sooo much and her limited office availability is because she is always attending to someone. I have a whole new level of respect and admiration for her. Also, I have not had any issues with any scheduling or authorizations. Truly has been a great experience thus far. I believe my past bad experience was an unfortunate set of events possibly due to the office relocating. I have opted to only see Dr. Bobo and not her PA, just because I feel more comfortable this way. I love her new office and the location is much more convenient. Still connected through the crosswalk but separate enough to not have to park in the Women’s Pavilion Parking garage. Original Post : April 2023 I’ve been a patient of Dr. Bobo for about 15 years. Long wait, quick doctor consultations. I didn’t mind because it was usually a routine thing. This last time however, I had the absolute worst experience ever in any doctors office. (Although, the negative experience had nothing to do with Dr. Bobo herself, rather a number of different departments.) The scheduling dept made me wait 4 months for an appointment, only to be seen by her new PA that I’ve never even seen before! What was the point of the wait?? I had the wrong tests ordered, the wrong diagnosis, I had to suggest what tests to have and the treatment plan. Then the preauthorizations were not done and after sitting in the infusion chair for over 4 hours with an IV in my arm, they had to reschedule me. I ended up working on obtaining my own authorizations because the insurance department couldn’t be bothered. The medication also expired so they had to dispose it. Complete waste of time, money and energy. I left there never wanting to go back."

"DR. Bobos nurse never calls back! I have called multiple times, and she’s never available. Supposedly she will call me back before the end of the day, and she never does. The audacity to work in a hospitality role, she can’t even do her job right."

"My wife loves her and especially her nurse…. Her nurse is super loving and caring.. Dr.Bobo is usually very busy but she leaves us in great hands, after a bad experience with a previous obgyn , Dr BoBo makes up for it! Very quick response times through my chart & very attentive both her and her nurse.. bedside manners are there & so is the communication , we never leave unsatisfied !"

"On-call nurse NEVER called back! After calling the answering service at 11:30 pm and twice more for a UTI (peeing blood), I was forced to go to the ER at 5:30 am because the on-call nurse never called me back. I’ve been a patient for 17 years and Bobo has delivered 2 of my children. I love her but I haven’t seen her for any of my visits in the past two years. The last Dr. I did see didn’t even note in my charts any of my latest concerns, so unfortunately I’ll be looking for a new doctor who has time for me."

"Dr Bobo saved our daughter’s life nearly 2.5 years ago. We think of her daily and will always cherish our fortune that she was our OB. We have since moved away and my biggest anxiety about having another child is knowing that she won’t be there. I was a NICU nurse at Texas Children’s at the time of my delivery and it was well known that nurses tried to see Dr Bobo because of her thorough knowledge, compassionate approach to medicine, and unwavering advocacy for her patients."
