"I have never had a doctor as amazing as Dr. Putterman. I admit I wanted a female OB for my first pregnancy, but a friend who worked under him during his residency said Dr. Putterman is not only one of the best doctors he's worked with skill wise, but also incredibly compassionate and kind to those he works with. I think that says a lot about character, so I decided to make an appointment with him. I had to ask a few slightly uncomfortable questions, which he made me feel so normal and comfortable about, and answered them so knowledgeably. I know skill and experience is very important, but having an OB who makes you feel relaxed and comfortable asking anything is priceless. I was so nervous before, but I feel more and more relaxed with every appointment. I have no doubt that Dr. Putterman puts his patients well being first, and I couldn't think of a more wonderful person to deliver my first baby. All that being said, his staff deserve a huge shout-out too, as they all work together like a well-oiled machine, and clearly have so much respect for one another. My ultrasound tech was raving about how brilliant and kind he is, and that made my day. This is by far the best medical experience as a whole that I have ever had."

"Dr Putterman allowed me to have the best experience with my VBAC for my daughter. When other Docs didn’t even give me a chance, he was willing to let me try for a VBAC. I even sent my sister to him for her VBAC and her experience was wonderful also!! Hands down Texas children’s was a beautiful facility. Both my baby and I were well cared for! My daughter was a premie- and the NICU was so wonderful! Dr Putterman allowed my body to take care of a miscarriage instead of rushing me into a D&C . It really feels like he allows the patient to trust their body and allow things to happen as they should! He is soo awesome!"
