"I have been a patient of Dr. Swanson for several years. I called today to get blood test results (that they were supposed to call me back about) and the response was the results were age appropriate? If I wanted additional clarification to what that meant I needed to schedule another appointment to meet with the doctor and have her explain. Some people like myself work a full time job that requires me to take time off from. The doctor has been great. The PA was okay, she didn’t listen very well to my concerns that brought me in for the visit in the first place but wake up office help! Your inflexibility to help customers hurts the very practice you work for. I didn’t come in just because I wanted to waste time and money. I had a real issue I was trying to solve for. SMH Updates 8/15/23 Several days after my posted review a member of Dr. Swanson’s office called me back to provide results from my bloodwork again. This time the person was patient, attentive and interested in my concerns and even asked why my follow up was scheduled so long for what was going on. When I mentioned that was the first date that was available, she said I am going to get you in tomorrow first thing to have your procedure and speak to Dr. Swanson. I don’t know what happened but I’m grateful for this person calling me back and taking good care of me."
