"The receptionist was rude, the process is strange. Also, if you’re looking for an OBGYN, Dr. Mott’s uses intake forms and then look to see if she’ll or accept or deny you as a patient with no system of determine how you get denied so you could possibly be wasting your time (this is the receptionists words… not mine). You can’t just find out her availability when you call to schedule an appointment. It MAY have been worth the hassle if the receptionist acted like she had a care in the world about me but she didn’t and that’s telling. I won’t bother doing anything else with Dr. Mott’s and her team. I found her by doing online research and was super excited to see what the Dr was all about. Oh well… I’m sure there’s an OBGYN out there for me starting with service, the process, to the doctor. Hope this is helpful."

"Dr. Mott is so amazing, and wonderful. She really cares, and will give you all the time in the exam room. She is so knowledgeable and a skilled artist in the OR. I had a high risk pregnancy and she’s hand down just the best in her field. Yes the wait time is long to see her. But there is no doubt she will be delivering all my babies. May God continue to bless you because you are a blessing on this earth."

"Dr. Mott has been my OBGYN for close to six years now. I came to see her back then when I needed help a lot of help. From day one, she encouraged me and told we would come to a solution. Since then, my health has drastically improved under her care. Dr. Mott even called me yesterday after hours because I sent in a question through the MyChart portal. She truly cares about her patients, and I thank God for her. The wait might be long to see her, but it is worth it!"

She takes her time and explains things in a way that I can understand, answers all my questions and even provides additional educational resources to ensure that I'm informed to make the best decisions about my health. It has been a blessing to have her as our doctor she's patient and gives you the time you need on your appointments. She's both of my girl doctor and they are very pleased with her as well.
