"I honestly cried a little after my appointment with Dr. Robinson. I was really looking forward to having her as my OB after reading reviews. This is my 3rd child and she’s been on my radar for years. I even bragged that I FINALLY found this black OB with greats reviews who had been around for years. She was very rude. Casually told me I had fibroids and didn’t really explain what that meant for me. She performed my ultrasound didn’t speak a word. Kept leaving out of the room (to fix technical things but didn’t even say one moment, I’ll be right back. Just up and walked out with the my legs sitting there open. The entire thing felt rushed. When it was time for questions I was flustered because we spent the entire ultrasound and pap in silence. I asked her more about the fibroid and she cut me off. “It’s either going to cause problems or everything could be completely fine”. That was the FULL extent of my explanation. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Now back to the drawing board looking for an OB."

"Dr. Robinson has been 1 of the honest, open, and informative OBGYN's I've had. She takes the time to listen to and address concerns and even small talk. She genuinely cares for her patients and shows it at every visit."

"**HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE* Literally one of the absolute worst clinicians I’ve come across as far as poor bedside manner is concerned!!As a new patient to the practice, and now a former patient, I urge all who are considering Dr. Robinson to please reconsider! Let me preface this review by noting that I am a Provider (NP)and I know and understand the dynamics of providing adequate, reliable, and punctual patient care. Dr. Robinson lacks decorum, flat out rude and unpleasant. I felt like she had a complete disregard for me and my time and in my opinion does not provide effective, quality or timely patient care. Very nasty demeanor. I met her today during my encounter at her clinic at 38 weeks pregnant and it was my first and LAST! My appointment was at 1:45pm, I got to the office at 1:23 to fill out all pertinent new patient documents, I wasn’t seen by her until past 3:05pm!!!!!! When she finally came into the room she had a better poor attitude, unapologetic and when I asked her if this was the standard she replied “ I had also of patients with complex issues and if it were you, you would want the same time taken” She only spent about 5 mins in the room with me in total! The following morning I started contracting and I called her on call number and when speaking to her and telling her about how I was feeling she said “ If you think you’re labor then you need to come in!!” and just hung up on me! My husband who overheard the conversation was even taken aback by her tone and antagonistic attitude. That was it, I was indeed in labor and decided against going to the hospital she was affiliated with (The Woman’s Hospital of TX) and went to a nearby hospital instead where I gave birth to a healthy baby girl! I did not feel comfortable with her delivering my baby or continuing my Obstetric care at her practice. Please, take heed and take into consideration what has been noted about her! Just AWFUL!"

"I was a new patient to Dr. Robinson and I have to say it was not a pleasant experience. It appeared I had an appointment on a busy morning which I was understanding of. I’m frustrated that I spent 45 minutes in a room waiting to be seen on top of waiting 30 minutes in the lobby, only for Dr. Robinson to be in my room for 4 minutes to do my exam… When I tried explain my concerns to her, she had cut me off several times and dismissed what I was saying. I felt completely disregarded and as if I was an inconvenience to her day. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but I do not have a good first impression of Dr. Robinson. I really hope it improves because I chose her because I loved her care philosophy. Had she shown more of patient care in her 4 minutes spent, I could have left with a very different impression of her."
