"Shortage of teachers coupled with a complete headcount of staff that are as incompetent and uncaring of the students besides the numbers associated with them, pretty much sums up this school district. The principals to all schools in Dumas are complete pushovers and allow the teachers to have horrible attitudes and many biases towards students such as racism, looking down on those in abject poverty, and what disgusted me the most was their views and bias towards the inclusion of special needs children in their classrooms. I substituted for a while and this school district was just the worst school I have ever seen in my life and I love substituting. Avoid this district at all costs. This is not a good place to work at much less send your precious child to.."
"Superintendent at this school just busy looking for a girlfriend, high school principal is racist, have a teacher that is seeking relationships with students still teaching at the npoc school, and had a teacher looking at young girls innappropriately, have teachers who are so lower class and ignorant as hell at a Morningside. Have teachers who look down on kids at Hilcrest. Need I say more? Avoid this district at costs! Racist ignorant hicks that do not care about the disabled kids. Teachers who run all over the principals. Principals who do not know what the hell they are doing. No one is held accountable for anything. No one cares about the kids."
