"Did the text check in and waited an hour. Then went in was told that no longer works. If it doesn’t work take it off your door. Then I proceeded to check in the other way. Waited another hour and a half. Went to see when I would be seen. Told there were 6 patients in front of me. There was only one person in the waiting room. So in 2 1/2 hours I could have went to Amarillo and been seen quicker."

"Sandy & the front desk lady, sorry I didn't catch your name, were so sweet. When you're not feeling well you don't need someone who is mean or rude. These ladies were so caring & kind & just made my experience a great one. The provider Gabrielle was so kind & very concerned for my health. Yes, there is a long wait time but don't you want your provider to listen to all you have to say & answer any questions you have? Just have to be patient they are going as fast as they can..."

"Was completely disappointed with the service especially when I know Dr. Purl personally, had to wait for 2 hours for my daughter to be looked at, she was twisting and turning with a horrible ear ache, once she was checked in to the room, practitioner took another 30 min to see her, staff was just on their phones and worst of all is that the pharmacy had already closed by the time they checked her, had to drive all the way to Amarillo to get the prescriptions. She was prescribed cough medication but she went in for an ear infection. Was not tested for flu, her temp was 103 and was not taken into consideration so disappointed"
