"DO NOT USE THIS TITLE COMPANY - SPECIFICALLY KRISTAL FOSTER. SHE IS UNBELIEVABLY RUDE TO THE CLIENTS, MORTGAGE PEOPLE AND REALTORS. SHE LITERALLY SPOKE BADLY ABOUT PEOPLE INVOLVED IN THE TRANSACTION WHILE THE BUYER WAS THERE SIGNING CLOSING PAPERS. SHE HASN'T REFUNDED HIS OVERPAYMENT OF MONEY YET AND IT'S BEEN OVER A WEEK. SHE SAID SHE HAS A CHECK READY FOR HIM BUT KNOWS HE LIVES 2 HOURS AWAY. SHE REFUSES TO SEND HIM A WIRE. SHE REFUSED TO OVERNIGHT OUR CHECKS AND SENT THEM SNAIL MAIL WITHOUT EVEN ASKING. SHE SENT ME AN EMAIL TODAY THAT SHE IS NOW IGNORING ALL MY EMAILS. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CLOSE AT ANOTHER TITLE COMPANY - DO NOT CLOSE AT THIS ONE!"

"We didn’t have the best experience with PBA. Trey was rather rude during our closing process. There were some issues with our lender and he made us feel very unwelcomed with his demeanor. The problems that occurred were completely out of our control and the lender’s fault. The whole reason we picked PBA is the fact that they’re faster than Gaines Co Abstract, but won’t be back after our first experience here."
