"Do not trust them to do your taxes. I went in as a 17 yr old expecting to get my federal income tax since I was a student and the representative felt I made too much and "there was no way to prove you were a student" so she did not allow me to claim the student credit so I ended up having to pay 30$ instead of recieving my federal back. I only had made 10k. They do not fix their mistakes either. If you do not know better this can happen to you do. I have never went back since."
