"I wasn't impressed with the efficiency of this office. I went 2 weeks after my appointment before finding out that I had a uti, no one gave me a call and the only reason I found out was because I got notification from my pharmacy that my prescription was ready. Much to my surprise! Prescription for what? Being pregnant a 4th time, I've had my experiences with offices and honestly as soon as I went to this facility I knew I wouldn't be returning. Dr. Bailey was nice enough but I never saw her face, she wore a mask the whole time (someone delivering my child, I'd like to see their face)and within the first 15 minutes she suggested I not contract Covid while pregnant as if that's how it works... by choice. Her front staff was just ok, they weren't friendly but they weren't rude either. Also, good luck getting onto the portal, I had zero luck trying 7 different times. Also, a week after getting my prescription I got a message saying Dr. Bailey had left me a message and I had 4 hours to respond... It was just a little aggressive after not being contacted at all regarding my health."

"Dr Bailey is wonderful. I love her as a doctor. The office staff however is AWFUL. Anytime I have to call it’s guaranteed to be 2 or 3 calls before someone answers. l get hung up on many times before I am able to speak with the most UNFRIENDLY receptionist I've ever dealt with. Women coming to Dr Bailey are probably anxious or emotional already and this woman is extremely condescending, harsh, rude, and has zero customer service skills. I’m honestly shocked that she is the front desk person at this clinic. I really hope Dr. Bailey reads these reviews and gets rid of her."

"Dr Bailey and her nurse are wonderful people. My well woman was quick and thorough, she talked me through everything she did. I love her as a doctor. The office staff however.... are AWFUL. Anytime I have to call its guaranteed to be 2 or 3 calls before someone answers. l get hung up on many times before I am able to speak with the most UNFRIENDLY receptionist I've ever dealt with. I dont think she realizes her job is really a customer experience job. She is not a good match for that job. Women coming to Dr Bailey are probably anxious or emotional already, we don't need a snotty, condescending woman looking down at us first thing when we walk in the door. I hope Dr Bailey reads some of these comments and replaces the current receptionist with a more friendly version."

"I LOVE Dr Bailey. I have had such a hard time finding an OB that fits me. I’ve generally used Midwifes because they’ve always been more down to earth and more aligned with my thinking/beliefs. The first time I saw Dr Bailey, I was so impressed. She’s so intelligent and understanding. She answered all of my questions as well as gave me the science behind her answers. Which I loved because I love knowing what our body does and why. When I miscarried, she took time away from her family to call me and tell me and to talk me through it. She was so sweet and empathetic and I just appreciated her so much. She’s just a lovely person and truly wonderful doctor. Through my pregnancies she’s let me set my appointments at however many weeks I feel comfortable with based off my history of miscarriages. She’s always willing to work with me and through my worries and she puts me at ease and I feel totally taken care of. She’s the first doctor that’s actually listened to me and gone to great lengths to make sure we found treatment that works for me. She’s the type of Dr you’d drive hours to go see. She is absolutely worth that. I will go to her as long as she’s in practice!"
