"Never going back to this office. No issues with the doctor, but the office staff is very rude and give worst service I have ever seen. My wife felt very uncomfortable throughout her pregnancy because she had to deal with this staff. Very rude. Office staff Sonia will refuse to let you speak to the doctor ( return call at a later time of course) even if you have a question that needs to be answered by the doctor."

"Dr. Tharappel-Jacob is one of the sweetest nicest doctors. I have been seeing her for over 15 years or more. I followed her from one office to where she is now in Sugar Land. She is compassionate, considerate, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to listen. She really has been a God-send for me. Thank you for being my earth angel. :-)"

"Dr. Jacob is a wonderful and very knowledgeable doctor! I am seeing her since more than 10 years. Her presence is always warm and friendly! She is such a personable doctor that listens to you, and is on your side when making decisions. Throughout my both the pregnancy I felt extremely comfortable with her, my needs and concerns were always acknowledged. I was in such good hands the entire time and truly felt safe which is extremely important during that vulnerable time. What I appreciated the most was I wasn’t just another patient, she actually cared and checked up on me regularly after delivery. She is amazing. I love the doctor and her staff. Will definitely recommend her to anyone who really looking for a good doctor."

"Wonderful doctor and staff. Dr Jacob is a phenomenal doctor and made me feel very comfortable throughout my pregnancy. She always heard what I had to say and never made me feel rushed. This was my second pregnancy and delivery with her . My husband and I are very thankful to her and her staff."

"The front desk and billing staff incompetent. They did not do due diligence in confirming coverage for procedures and rather than call insurance company to dispute they told me Dr Jacob would not see me. I called my insurance company and they confirmed that all procedures were covered and all they required were medical records which Dr Jacob office never submitted. Sadly, Dr Jacob has lost me as a patient and I hope she reviews her staff performance diligently. Additionally, front desk does not answer phones nor return calls, basically you have to keep calling until someone feels like picking up the phone. Dr Jacob is nice however her staff has very poor skills in customer service and communication."
