"Really high quality machines with an excellent selection, totally worth the trip to go see everything in person. Sparks has amazing customer service, everytime I visit. They have a vast selection of equipment from novice to expert level and they provide great atmosphere for anyone that wants to build their own gym regardless of how experienced you are. "We chose Sparks for the product line and could not be happier with the LifeFitness eliptical. HOWEVER, I have made 4 attempts, sent a video per the store employees request on what the issue was with machine, and still not a single employee has responded. The service team has been awful and very disappointed."
