"Visited many places before coming to this store . I was looking for the new barcelona jersey and they had plenty of barcelona and real madrid jerseys. It was almost closing time but the guys kept being friendly and helpful. That being said my friend got his barcelona jersey with the number and name that he wanted on it."

"Never coming back again. Went to get a number on my indoor shirt guy charged me $16 for 1 number! I get they have to make money but that’s just taking advantage. My shirt cost less than the number. Super disappointed with the management at this location."

"Man who was at register should be fired. Store was not fully open due to him not caring about being attentive. Negative and will never go back. Very disrespectful."

"Loved shopping here until my recent visit. Bought my son a pair of goalie gloves and noticed the material was cracked by the time we got out to our car. The clerk insinuated that we had used the product, even though we literally just purchases minutes before. Would have gladly accepted an exchange, but they were out of this particular color. Then the clerk refused to give a receipt for the second item purchased and rudely stated "what, are you planning on returning that too?" Not sure what the problem was that day, but I will not be returning. I'll gladly patronize some place else that respects there customers."

"Horrible customer service!! Bought some shoes on 12/20 as a gift but the person did not like that style. They were closed for Christmas and New Years AND online it says they’re closed Sundays so that’s FIVE days out of the “2 week” return policy they have. When I went to return them the skinny Indian guy told me that I had to go back between 4-5 when the owner was there (another middle eastern) and that he would most likely honor the return. There I go at 4:35 and the owner was there. 1. He apparently was too good to talk to me directly to tell me that he wasn’t going to honor the return, he had to have the skinny guy tell me that. 2. When I brought up that he was closed for the holidays AND that online it says they’re closed on Sundays all he said was “we open every Sunday” and didn’t bother to even look at the website when I was showing him. Apparently he thinks he is above his customers and treats them like peasants. But get this he was willing to EXCHANGE them even tho the 2 week policy applied to both returns and exchanges. These people are just money hungry and ruin business for themselves. I will keep shopping at Soccer Premier in Harry Hines, they definitely treat you with respect and on don’t look down on you."
