"This was my first visit to the clinic based on good reviews about Dr. Ameer and I scheduled an appointment with him. However, when a doctor came into the exam room during my visit, he didn’t introduce himself. I assumed he must be Dr. Ameer and continued to discuss my issues and share my personal health information with him. I was shocked when halfway through, he casually mentioned that he was a different doctor than the one I had scheduled to see. I could not respond well at that time, since I was just about to be examined, and the option to have my scheduled doctor back and to go over it all again was not something I could go through as well. Later when I raised my concern with the front desk, I was told he was an equally qualified doctor (which is not the point here!) and he must have walked in, assuming I was his patient. I was surprised when he also confirmed that he walked in, thinking I was his patient. For a small clinic with very personalized attention, they promise, how could this mix-up happen? This incident left me feeling disrespected. For a first-time patient, I felt it was very unprofessional. Anyone would need better clarity and transparency, not a confusing situation. Needless to say, I won’t be returning."

He served as my OBGYN during my pregnancy with my youngest daughter, and helped me through the delicate process of tying my tubes. He is very detailed oriented with his information and recommended what was best for me during each of our consultations. He made me feel both extremely comfortable and well informed about every step of the process with both my pregnancy and tube tying. With Dr. Touadrous, you are in the best hands and care. I highly recommend him and his personable and attentive staff for any of your maternity needs."
