I always come in to my appointments with a long list of questions and he's always nice about answering each and every one of them (I'm that type of patient). The office is super clean and I'm always out of there super quick. His team has been super nice with me as well. Also, he delivered my cousins baby and she has the most wonderful pregnancy. "Dr. Rivera took care of me for the first 22 weeks of my pregnancy. He is a very nice and friendly doctor and I've never had any issues with him. The wait time was minimal. However, I was really disappointed by the way his team managed his schedule. They would not give me an appointment when I called and I had to go on my own to the ER twice for some health issues/concerns that should have been checked at his office. My last request was to be checked in two weeks before I relocated to another state, just to ensure everything is okay before my flight... but the nurse told me that my chart had already been closed and if I wanted to be seen I would have to pay in full out of pocket?! Didn't I already pay a nice amount of money for the pregnancy care?! As a mother of a special needs kid, who went previously through a difficult pregnancy, I have never been treated this way and expected a bit of support."

"Dr. Rivera is amazing. Such a kind person and an incredible doctor. I ended up having a natural miscarriage at home unfortunately, but Dr. Rivera was very caring and helpful throughout the experience. I ended up needing to have surgery on my cervix with him and the procedure went very smoothly. I have fully recovered with no complications. Even through a hard time, he was so awesome.
