"First time at this facility and I have to say my experience with NP Mallory Mullins was great! She listens and is not in a rush, I was in and out quickly. Got my referral fast just a good experience. Glad I came here for my annual visit. I have to add and say the communication with test results is on another level. Excellent!!! For the first time I didnt have to call like I normally do with other facilities. Thank You! for the awesome service."

"Today I’m posting a review for Dr. Mai Vu and the office staff that I interacted with. Oh my, they were all so incredibly kind, and carried this positive energy which instantly makes you feel like you’re taken care for. I found Dr. Mai after experiencing my first miscarriage, but after today’s visit, I feel at ease and excited for my future pregnancies! Dr Mai was gentle, soft, and listened to all my concerns with compassion. I feel I’m in good hands, because apart from her softness, it was evident that she possessed knowledge and knew what she was doing, and for someone who has lost a baby, I needed that comfort. Thank you to the entire staff, for actually making my day."

"This office is a joke! How come patients come in late will have their appointments cancelled and get charge for it, but if the office call patients to cancel their appointments at a very last minute will just be sorry we have an emergency?. I had an appointment with Dr. Mai Vu in October last year 2022 and the office called me to cancel appointment 20 minutes before the appointment. They rescheduled my appointment to mid January 2023. Again 30 minutes before the appointment I got a call saying the Dr. has an emergency and I was asked to come at a later time of the day. They called me again at last minute to reschedule the appointment. Both times I had to take off work and was also on the way to the Dr. office. This is ridiculous. Everyone has a job too, so please learn how to run your business and show respect to your patients."
