"Dr Bertles has been my doc for over 12 years. She has performed surgery on me & helped me through all of my hormonal issues. I have never felt rushed or dismissed. She listened to me & offered suggestions. I really don't understand all of these bad reviews! I have never had a problem w/her or her staff. Love her!"

"This Doctor is very dismissive, not patient and does not listen to her patients. The high dead rate of expectant women makes it very dangerous to not pay attention. My sister had a baby and she will not give her pain medication even when complaining of being very uncomfortable after a C-section. I will not recommend her to anyone. The front desk lie alot. When scheduling they tell you stuff to please them. We had to tell them the hospital doesn't work they way they were insinuating, we had proof, we have family members who work in the hospital."

"Definitely do not recommend this practice. I have heard so many positive things about Dr. Bertles but I was highly disappointed in how I was treated by the front desk staff. I scheduled my appointment about a month ago online for 03/25/22 (a feature that is offered on their website) and last week I received an email to contact their office. I was unable to speak to anyone as it rang then went to voicemail so I left a message......no return call. I was finally able to get in contact with someone there to confirm my appointment but lo and behold, I have no appointment scheduled because the receptionist said, "Those appointments scheduled online do not cross over." I told her that I called last week but she basically ignored that comment and offered me an appointment with the Physician Assistant since Dr. Bertles did not have any available appointments that day; I declined as I did not want to schedule with anyone else because I wanted to see Dr. Bertles. The receptionist was basically unapologetic with no explanation as to why they even offer online scheduling if it doesn't even work! I work in a clinic and Dr. Bertles' office is one of the offices that I usually recommend but no longer. I hear so many good things about Dr. Bertles but unfortunately her office staff is a reflection of her."

"Expecting our first baby. Dr. Bertles is fine, her appointments run on time and move very quickly. She does not spend much time with patients, but if you have questions she does take the time to answer them and it does not feel rushed. Her front office staff is not friendly, does not relay messages, is consistently unresponsive over the phone. When I shared my concerns with Dr Bertles she referred me to the online patient portal for communication to bypass this issue. I’ve been told by front staff that there is no office or practice manager. With the consistency of issues I continue to encounter, they need to strongly consider getting someone quickly to resolve these problems. If it weren’t so late into my pregnancy, I would be looking for a different practice."

"I made appointment for my wife and was told that I was going to be able to speak to the doctor over the phone since they would not let me go in the room with my wife. I understand that. The fact I was told one thing and it was not done is wrong. I texted my wife the questions I had and they told my wife they would call her to give her the answers. I thought that was the whole point of coming in person so that you can ask the doctor and get the answers from a professional. Definitely not right."
