"I will never go to this ER again. I am 76 and only been to an ER 3 times…two times here within 3 days. I had been having intense stomach pain. After first visit I had EDG and doctor sent me back to ER for ultra sound on my gallbladder so he could admit me if need be. The ER doctor said” your CT scan 2 days a go didn’t show anything” kAfter 5 hours I got ultrasound. People going into back …some laughing and talking …playing on their phones…after 9 hours I said “I am hurting and need to go home” receptionist said “if you go home you can’t get results” at 10.5 hours they come get me to go into back…all of a sudden they give me IV and pain meds and told me they wanted to ship me to main hospital via ambulance… 6 days and surgery later I come home with tube in my stomach in case they need to do follow up surgery. There was one person in ER when they called me back and they had been there 30 minutes. Don’t go to this ER. No one is in a hurry to take care of you….no one is in a hurry at all. My surgery team and GI specialist were amazing at Texas medical Center. I wish I could sue….i am just not the type to do that to the hospital for what staff did."

"When this clinic first opened up, it was at least 4 stars. Today, existing patients cannot get complete primary care. I've been trying to book an appointment with my primary care doctor since November 2022. I eventually saw a nurse practitioner who was new. She lacked empathy and anything resembling a decent bedside manner. She used acronyms to describe my condition and could not tell me what those acronyms meant. I had to follow up via the patient portal to get information on the outcome of my labs. When I asked what the next step was since she was not able to diagnose me, she said "make an appointment." The patient care in this place has gone down significantly. They appear to only take in patients who need continuous care so they can turn a profit at the end of each week, month and year. If you are an existing patient who needs a sick visit, good luck getting an appointment. Very disappointed in what health care has become generally."

"The definition of treat them and street them. The nurses don’t care, the doctors spend as little with you as possible, give you a vague diagnosis without running all the tests necessary, and release the patient without having a safe plan. A note to the doctors: Patients come to you on one of their worst days of their lives. They need your help and want to feel more comfortable. A diagnosis of exclusion means you actually have to run all of the tests to rule everything out. Do better."

"The nurses and staff were extremely thoughtful and kind to our family during the final hours of our loved family member who passed away. We are greatful for the amazing care, continued updates, and allowing the family to have prayers with the clergy before and after the death of our loved one."
