"Craig did my bike fit and made insoles for a new pair of Lake cycling shoes. He was extremely detailed and worked with me for over 3 hours. I've had my new bike for a couple of weeks and am really enjoying it. I'm still getting used to my position on it, but so far so good! Getting a good bike fit is extremely important, especially if you're a long-distance cyclist. And Dynamic Bike Fit is the best!"

"I received my bike fit from Craig (I was one of several of my club members). Craig performed a detailed bike fit and sold me a $$$$ LAKE branded cycling shoes. I loved the bike fitting part but unfortunately, Craig’s follow-up is almost non-existent. Several months ago, I contacted Craig for numbness in my feet. After several attempts, I was able to get a hold of him and he asked me to send him a picture of my cleat setup. We also discussed pricing for any minor adjustments that may be made. I emailed him the pictures and have been trying to get a hold of him (via email and phone) but he is COMPLETELY unresponsive. I am very sad to leave this negative review because Craig is very experienced and has great personality but due to his complete lack of follow-up, I will suggest another Bike fitter. As I understand, there are many RETUL fitters in the area now. I am not sure why he does not follow-up (asking around I am not the first one). If he is busy, he could schedule me for a date far in the future and if he wants to charge more $, he just needs to clarify. It has been over 3-4 months now since I emailed him the cleat pictures."
