"I absolutely love this bank! I have had several loans through them which were flawless transactions. Every time, and I mean every time I walk through the door I am greeted. They honestly care about their customer and want to make sure they know that. The bank is always neat and in order. I have zero complaints about this bank or ANB in general. What I love the most is when I call, someone answers the phone. In today’s time many people have forgotten how much it means to talk to a person rather than a machine. This wasn’t a Canyon employee but it’s worth mentioning. Not long ago I was on a trip, me and a gentleman at the bar got to talking about banking and finance in general. I told him how I love my bank, and how much they have helped me succeed with business loans and financing and how easy they are to work with. I never mentioned the bank, I went to pay out and out my card on my ticket. He smiled, looked at my card and said, I work for ANB. He didn’t have to but he picked up the tab that night. Such a nice guy who represents the bank well. Thank you for having your values, and being a bank that we can all be proud to be a part of."
