"Super happy with Dr Arguello i love how they are all nice as the front desk to sono tech, to girls that take vital all take good care of you and really nice then you get the best Dr Arguello back in Aug i had a miscarriage and she was the one taking care of it got pregnant again and i wouldnt go to another i do travel quite a distance to see her but definitely worth it. I love how in every visit she ends with a do you have any questions consers and makes sure to answer them before the continues with her patients. Thank you Dr Arguello you are one of the good Dr's."

"I cannot begin to express my frustration with this office. I was referred to Dr. Arguello so I called to schedule an appointment in JANUARY. The first available appointment was March 27th, so I scheduled it. The office ended up calling at the end of February stating that she would be out of office on my appointment date so I would need to reschedule…the next available was April 17th. I was reluctant but I took the appointment because I had been referred and reviews seemed great. The office called again at the end of March stating I would need to reschedule again due to Dr Arguello being out of office. Next available isn’t until May 25th. I asked if there was another doctor that could take me, the next available also wasn’t until mid May. The office person did not seem willing to help even after explaining my frustration."

"I cannot begin to express my discouragement with this physician's office. While Dr. Arguello is a kind, young doctor, her office is beyond frustrating. To even schedule or change an appointment, I had to stay on hold for 20+ minutes. Whenever I left messages for anyone in the office, including medical staff, billing, etc., I rarely received a call back. On the few instances I did receive a call back (several days later), my question still remained unanswered, and I was told that my message would be marked urgent and that I would receive a call back. I was also issued an apology. Guess what? I never received a call back. Even the information on my Internet Medical documentation was erroneous, and I had to appeal for correction. Additionally, I was told different information each time I called. No one works together in this office. Communication is a joke. I plan on seeking a new doctor. The only reason I chose this doctor to begin with is because my previous OB/GYN retired. I would suggest you find another doctor if you are in the market and searching for an OB/GYN. This one is most definitely substandard. Sidebar: Even my medical insurance company could not reach anyone in this doctor's office when attempting an inquiry for medical coding/information."

"I was looking for a new OBGYN and found Dr Andrea Arguello based off her google reviews. I have been very pleased with Dr Arguello and her staff at the Grapevine location. From the front desk, to the lab tech, the nurses and the doctor herself are all very kind and personable. They have made me feel very comfortable during my pregnancy with the ongoing pandemic. They have answered all my questions in a promptly manner. I am very happy I found this office and I highly recommend anyone to see Dr Arguello at the Grapevine location."
