"Store is over all laid out well the problem is at 1pm on a weekday the hot bar has no soup and containers have sat so long they are bone dry peeling! Same with the pot roast and mashed potatoes. It’s disgusting how the station is left and truly you employees should be ashamed! Maybe the health department should be called on this hot mess of disgust!"

"Usually not too busy, but still not helpful associates. They try to make you do your checkout, like you work there and you're getting paid for it. The registers are closed 90% of the time. AVOID the burgers made at their burger stand; no matter how do you want them, you'll get them disgustingly pink. If you try to buy let's say drumsticks that go for $12/for two casseroles, you can be sure you'll find only one so you pay $7.99, but interestingly if you leave and return in 5 minutes you'll find a new casserole on the shelf. The whole store has a disorganized feeling, with not so helpful associates."

"I need to get names but the people at this store are so lovely. Very friendly and nice man in self checkout. I watched him and another woman who was working there hug today like they genuinely loved working with each other. The man making the chicken this morning came out and handed it to me personally. I really love this Mariano’s. You don’t see service like this anymore or employees who are not miserable so I hope that means this store takes care of their people. I tend to stay away from stores where the employees are not treated well. Everyone should do that!"

"I'm at this Mariano's frequently and very familiar with the store. Overall, I'd give it about a 4. There are a lot of things I like about this Mariano's, even though the wait in line seems unreasonable at times. Overall, the employees are very nice, professional, and helpful. Except one mouthy man. And I cannot understand why this store keeps him around. I will refrain from using his name on here. He's an older man, who, so I've been told, used to be a bartender there. His personality definitely seems more geared to bartending. He's probably stationed in the worst possible place- the self-checkout lanes. Those are meant to be geared to customer efficiency, but not with him there. His talkativeness has crossed the line to harassment in my case. I've reported him a number of times, including yesterday. I've stopped engaging with him, only to have him tell other customers that I'm "mean." He cannot be ignored. He will not be ignored. Yesterday, I went over to customer service to make a suggestion, and he practically screamed at me his appreciation for talking about him. I've never seen such an ego-driven narcissist in a retail store, anywhere, not other Mariano's or local supermarkets. Why is this attention-seeking behavior tolerated? He often behaves as if he just left the bar, whether or not he really did. I'm about one incident away from making a police report. Mariano's, can't you transfer or fire this mouthy guy? Or put him in the back where he can't engage customers? Edit: he appears to be gone. But so do some cashiers. The checkout line is longer than it should be on almost a daily basis. In the early evening, there is typically one cashier and four self-checkout lanes. And a long line at the self-checkouts. I really think this store is declining. I wouldn't be there so often, but it's the most convenient for me at that time."

"As seen in the images below, the shelves are always fully stocked at this location. I love doing my grocery shopping here and the layout of the store is so easy to maneuver. I also love the amount of selections from local farmers markets and small businesses. The store is well kept and is always clean. Highly recommend this Mariano’s!"
