"Great food even when it was called El-Gordos its still the same food same cook, it's fresh and all our food is always done correct. Nice ladies work there I'm not sure why the bad reviews because I never had 1 problem since hs. Even the guy who took our order tonight is very sweet and professional! Thank you guys for everything you do and making wonderful food."

"This restaurant is at the same location where another good Mexican restaurant used to be before shutting down due to COVID-19. The food is very good and the prices are even better. I really recommend it."

"I’ve been looking for a better Mexican restaurant that’s not too fancy and this hits the mark. Las Casitas takes over from where El Gordo left off. The chimichanga is as good as it was before. There is meat and beans inside and sour cream and guacamole outside or on the side if you take it to go. The tables inside, and the general atmosphere is really nice. The tables are painted in a cool way with fruit, etc.. You can tap to pay at the register although the tip menu comes up even for to go orders which I find annoying and they are adding the 3% service charge for credit cards which I also dislike."

"We got the A La Mexicana (worst "steak" I've ever had), Enchiladas (absolute train wreck & overbearing smokiness), Arroz y Frijoles (they forgot the beans) and Queso Fundido? (So hard you had to cut it with a knife - even after trying to reheat it). On top of the poor quality, the price for 2 meals with a side of beans and not queso (with no chips) was $60. I don't know if someone new was working there or if there was a disgruntled employee, but I have no idea how this place has as high of a rating as it does."
