"This location has really friendly employees compared to the other ones I've been to. It feels like a family owned grocery store. Troy the associate store manager was quite pleasant and helpful, giving me professional advice on how I can possibly get ahold of a limited edition product. Also patiently gone over recommendations. "Although this is the most convenient location, I go out of my way to the one on Dundee in Palatine or even to LZ. Various sale items listed in the weekly ad are never there (pasta, meat, chips, produce -- aka various depts). The employees are never friendly. And the parking spaces aren't even wide enough for vehicles (even for standard sedans). Just doesn't seem customer-friendly."

"It's a great place to stop when you need to grab a few things. It's small, so you might not be able to find everything you'd find at one of the larger Jewels. I do love their fresh flowers, though! They seem to last longer than high end florist flowers."
