"Staff is rude, unprofessional and unwelcoming. This doctor fails to remember that her staff should always offer a professional, and approachable, image at all times, as a business should including the doctor herself. If you are thinking of seeing this doctor my biggest recommendation to you is to listen to the rest of these reviews and go else where. I read these reviews sometime back when looking for a doctor, still gave this office a chance and have now changed doctors. Welcoming your patients in a professional manner with a smile from time to time comes along way especially when you’re running a family doctors office. Save yourself sometime and go else where."

"Dr. Valladares and staff are a wonderful group the girls are very compassionate and Dr. Valladares what can I say is a great Dr. you don't find many doctors who take the time to explain what is happening step by step and even makes time to hear you out. "No Covid-19 vaccine? Well think twice about consulting with her. Office staff rude I wasn’t aware I would be getting tested for COVID without any symptoms so when I asked the lady doing the labs she said “I’m not sure why, those are just Dr. Valladares rules but you can ask her about it.” in a rude tone. Just to clarify i was unaware of this “rule” of hers if I did i would of never came here. Another thing im not sure if it’s because I don’t have the Covid Vaccine but she came into the room in a hurry didn’t take her time to answer my questions she seemed to not want me there or maybe she was just in a bad mood or having a bad day. Worse service u fortunately i will not be returning to her clinic."

"Staff is rude, IF YOU DONT HAVE THE COVID VACCINE DONT EVEN THINK OF GOING TO SEE HER! She discriminates you if you dont have the vaccine and will not tend to your needs because of that reason. Dr is not friendly wont even greet you just walks in, in a hurry wont even answer your questions."

"She misdiagnosed my wife’s cancer to a nasal infection. If she would have done her job, I still would have had my wife alive. She lost her battle with cancer. For 2 years, she went to this doctor and all she did was prescribe her antibiotics for a nasal infection. Last time I was there, my wife asked for a referral to an audiologist since she had stated she was unable to hear from one ear. Valladares didn’t give her a referral because as she stated, she wasn’t Covid vaccinated. We stated that her chemo doctors had advised against the Covid vaccination and she still denied her the referral."
