"IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I DEFINITELY WOULD WITHOUT A DOUBT. ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Kelsey manager was extremely unprofessional along with receptionist. Will definitely let everyone know how horrible the service was here. This is why people go to McAllen location. Making an ugly name working for Dr Tey. RETRAIN your staff and do your job right instead of misplacing information and trying to have patients go back because you couldn’t do it right the first time. Answering the phone and hanging up right away. You get treated the way you do for the way you handle people’s issues! Just confirmed manager Kelsey is married to the man she’s telling me to leave a message/concern with. How convenient for them huh. Hubby will stand by your side regardless how you all treat patients."

"Dr. Tey delivered my 3 baby girls, an amaizing doctor, cares and loves his patients. He was the only Dr who took my complains seriously and found out what the problem was. Very detail explaining on every question or concern you have. Elana is just as awsome as Dr Tey, she will take care of you and your baby as if your her family.. the staff is very helpfull and knowledgable. Overall I love this clinic"

"Edinburg office has much nicer office staff. The office manager is always in a happy mood and ready to serve in whatever is needed. I miss Dr. Lugo, but the Nurse Practitioner and Dr. Tey are good too. No complaints only the extreme wait times. I should add that Dr. Tey and Nurse Practitioner have been motivating me for a VBAC and that’s pretty much unheard of, since it’s more work for the doctor. I appreciate the transparency."

"WORST OBGYN I’ve ever been to! If I could give it 0 stars I would! I was supposed to have a procedure done & yet no one called me until the last minute where I couldn’t even call back & ask questions. They made me feel like they just wanted to “get it over with” so they could go home for the day. No compassion , no consideration for anyone’s time. VERY UNORGANIZED & no one takes accountability for anything being done wrong. They all just blame each other. If you want a GOOD office that actually cares about their patients do NOT go here. TERRIBLE."

"Dr Lugo is the BEST. Honestly, he is straight to the point and quick on visits/check ups. If everything is fine, he scans thru quick. If anything is looking off, he will kindly let you know. For me, he definitely had the patience to answer all my questions and took the time to wait in the room to hear me out. After having my child, I was learning the whole first time mother thing, and I remember venting a bit and he clearly said all will get better, even as he checked me and knew that running was the first thing I needed back. Also BRE is #1. She definitely worked with me the entire pregnancy, gave me advice and calmed my nerves as I went thru tests/glucose re-dos to keep everything great. I really loved my experience there for being my first and I was nervous from prior of what I heard, but they were definitely a strong team. If neither were present, TBH I would just reschedule my appt. I really wanted Bre all the time to take me in. Other than that, know that Dr. Lugo is to the point on your visit. The center is TINY so they literally have to get thru everybody quick."
