"This is a market known for its meat dept. I stopped by to pick up two roasts and two stuffed potatoes. The meat dept. staff were friendly on a busy day, and my cashier, a young woman, was as well. Her bagger, however, was offensively rude. Probably the worst customer experience I have ever had. Apparently she has worked there 20 years, but unfortunately she hasn't learned how to treat people kindly in those 20 years. She should not be working on the floor and interacting with people. I am trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was having a bad day, but I left the store very upset by her abrasive and rude comment to me. I will think twice before returning. It's not the only store in town with a nice meat department."
"We enjoy shopping at this store. It is hard to find veal shanks, but no problem getting them there. Lots of interesting cuts of meat and other pantry items."
"I love Casey’s. Best customer service at the deli and meat department, and really any other area of the store. Been shopping here for years. We come from Oswego and even if the prices are a tad higher it’s worth it to me. It’s an enjoyable shopping experience and I feel like a valued customer."
"Casey's is a true hometown grocery store. It feels like what it is - a small locally run business. The prices may be a bit higher than a big box chain, but this is the type of business that binds the community, and that is the value of shopping here. The meats are high quality and fresh. The prepared meals are fairly priced. They sell a little bit of everything and are constantly restocking the shelves. For many years they have put every effort into supporting local schools, groups & events, and I am appreciative of the help they've given my school. A rare business in today's times. Even though I must pass by multiple grocery stores, I make it a habit to stop in every once in awhile. Thanks Casey's for sticking it out!"
