"We have very recently moved our kid from another primrose to the primrose school of Frisco West. It is just like how we wanted it... teachers send updates in app throughout the day, I love the way they engage kids with tons of craft.. my kid in particular likes to paint. Their circle time in the morning is an absolute delight to watch. They send plan of the day in app which gives us insight in what our kid is learning. My kid was not talking about school activities when in previous school but now tells me details like how they measured caterpillar and how they have left their painting to dry.... I wish we came to this school earlier. Not to mention, enrollment process was smooth and front staff is ever so helpful! We have experience with two other daycares and so far we like food menus and options here better, like I mentioned before we get all updates on app including every meal."

My 3 year old daughters started in the preschool program here without speaking much English and having been mostly at home being born and raised during Covid . The school staff and teachers were amazing in helping them with the transition!! The front staff and leadership team are so helpful and approachable. The teachers in the classroom were so patient and wonderful in helping them adjust to the classroom and make learning fun!!! I feel safe and assured that my kids will be cared and loved for when I drop them off !! "I cannot say enough wonderful things about Primrose of Frisco West. We now have three children at the school. Our daughter just graduated pre-k and she is more than ready for kindergarten. She has grown so much over the past couple of years. Our son has been at the school since he was an infant and is so excited to start each day at school. We have an infant who I drop off every day knowing that she is being well taken care of. The love that they teachers have for our babies is something that I will never take for granted. The front office staff is amazing. They are easy to work with and extremely helpful. The leadership team and teachers are very easy to communicate with and approachable.
