"Shopped Hansons this past Tuesday. I asked an employee a question where to find a certain item and he basically blew me off with his arrogance. I made a point of looking at his name tag as I was just surprised with his attitude. His name was Tyler. He didn’t even bother to ask me more questions, or to even help me find what I was looking for. Better customer service as needed."
"I hate this store! Ever since the owners of the Piggly Wiggly sold it to this company, it has gone down hill. The prices are too high. Employees either don't now anything or are rude. I only go now when I absolutely have to. Otherwise I do my grocery shopping at either Delevan or Lake Geneva."
"The inventory and the produce section is like art. It’s so beautiful to look at. The store is clean and organized. It’s a pleasure to shop in the store. BUT upon leaving, I was greeted with an overwhelming smell of cigarettes. The employees smoking at the exit took away from my great experience. As soon as the door to the outside opened, the disgusting smell of cigarettes took over me. Really disgusting sight to see … the wind was blowing just right, toward the exit, downwind from the group of smoker employees."
