"I like this location and stop here often, however the last few times I've visited, my orders have been wrong. And it's non-issue to return to have corrected, except the last times I've been on my way to work and unable to, so have eaten food that I really don't want. Please improve accuracy, as I do like to order from here."
"HORRIBLE!!! Employees to busy on their cell phones to pay attention to customers. Man and woman walked in and locked the woman's bathroom door, with kids present, went to let the Manager know, at first she hid in the office and when she realized I wasn't leaving the front counter she walked out to talk with me. She didn't see a problem with them being in there, and then acted like she didn't understand. Finally got our order correct, it was made wrong, sat down to eat, at one of the few clean spots in the lobby, a cockroach was walking across the lobby. Hopefully the District Manager and owner of this location realizes the major issues with this location and addresses the ongoing issues with this location, if either of them even care or visit the store. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!"
"Ordered some fries and they are inedible, overly salty. Big chunks of salts as if it was snowing."
"Buyer beware! I ordered large fries as a part of my meal. I trusted to get what I ordered only to find l did not receive what I ordered. It was a large container, but far from filled. Since it was takeaway, I could not simply go back to the counter and complain. Always look in the bag before driving away!"
