"This place is TERRIBLE!! DON'T COME HERE TO GET YOUR EYEBROWS WAXED!! I'm guessing the esthetician that did my brows was in training, because it's no way I paid $14 for this horrible job. It doesn't look like she did anything! She was shaking and dropping wax on my shirt. I don't want a do over because I don't trust anyone at this point. And FYI, DON'T ask a customer if she's getting her lip waxed!! It's rude and unprofessional because you should know the service, let alone being a woman."

"Super clean and very nice staff. My pedicure chipped two days after and a week later almost all my toes have chipped polish. Usually my pedicure will last much longer than this. Decided to give them another try and got chrome nails on a Tuesday that chipped on a Thursday. They were kind enough to take me again and not charge for a nail polish change. Not even 24hours later my polish chipped. Save your time and money, go somewhere else!"

"I’m visiting Chicago and needed to get my nails done and this salon was amazing. First off they have so many nail techs and from everything I saw all of them are great. My nail tech Josephine was so amazing and through. I really appreciated that they took me as a walk-in and I didn’t have to wait and they stayed a late for me without making me feel rushed. The shaping and color selection was amazing. If you’re wondering if you should come here don’t question it, you should!"
