"I absolutely love coming here! The ladies are super kind, friendly and welcoming. I get no chip manicure and pedicure (they last more than a month especially the pedicure) and it’s always a treat :) They definitely treat you well, they take their time to care for you- they give you little massages, hot towels, hot stone, hand masks- very spa vibes, I love it. I definitely recommend coming here because it’s so different from your typical nail salon that’s super fast and they just do your nails and thats it… Here its way more than that for the same price!! So worth the money and you'll be so relaxed."

"I’ve been going here for over a year. I thought it would be my nail salon indefinitely. Until a few days ago when the owner tip shamed me for giving 18% tip and said to me, verbatim “if you book Lisa or Janice, you have to give 20% tip”. I asked her to repeat what she said, and she said it again and asked if I understood? I said “yes, I do”….. Given any other time, I would have had a lot more to respond with, to a comment like that! But this day because I had my baby with me, I let it go and decided, I will never come back to this business again. Tips are not mandatory. I paid for my services and tip accordingly. Maybe someone should give ethics training to the owner , Mrs Helen…"

"My nail tech “Amy” did an ok job. She was pretty rough when doing my nails (jerking my feet and hands around and grabbing them roughly) considering it’s my first time and I’m pregnant! Then once I paid, I gave her a tip. Was only carrying a little cash and she said “no 20% tip?” Really loud so everyone heard. I ended up giving her all of my change. As an employee you should never demand tip, that is optional! I think it was really rude and inappropriate! Very disappointed (Didn’t make my cuticles even and my nails look crooked)"

"Beware! The lady doing my manicure, her name was Amy was not gentle at all she kept nudging and shoving my hands in the led lamp and it was very unprofessional. I tried explaining her to be gentle and she wouldn’t listen. I also asked her for another coat and she seemed upset about it and basically told me that she knows what she’s doing. I mean that’s just rude. I will not come back to this place after my first visit despite the fact that the pedicure and manicure turned out well."
