"For what it was, I had the worst possible experience. I went in for a shave and mustache trim. I had been growing my "handlebar" mustahe since quarantine began in mid-March (SIX MONTHS +) and expressly stated that I wanted to keep the length, particulary on the sides. In the end, my mustache was shaved down to week one progress and my neck was absolutely mutilated. if I hadn't asked for the "service" I would seriously consider assault charges!"
