First of all, the receptionist, shampoo ladies, and all of the hairdressers and staff are very welcoming, friendly, and great at their jobs. The salon itself is beautiful, quiet, and very clean. And D’Angelo—-the owner of Evoke and my hairdresser—-is particularly wonderful! D’Angelo is a true artist whose medium is gorgeous hair and color. He gives me (and every customer) special attention, listening to what I want, making suggestions, and then providing an outstanding haircut every time. The colors he mixes for my hair are always rich and gorgeous—-I’m constantly getting compliments! I’ve also had just blowouts for special occasions, and at this point I just leave it in his hands to create something beautiful. At my son’s wedding, he really outdid himself!
